Fraser’s OF Whitby has a welcoming living room where you can relax with your loved ones. There are two turquoise coloured sofas, a flat screen TV and plenty of books to choose from making it perfect for unwinding.
Fully equipped for self-catering stays, the kitchen diner has everything you could need to prepare meals. This bright and open space is the social hub of the house where you can enjoy quality time together.
The family bathroom is located on the ground floor. Modern and spacious, it has a freestanding bathtub,
walk in shower, WC and basin.
Upstairs on the first floor, you’ll find two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a comfy king size bed and pops of mustard add colour to the otherwise neutral space. Ideal for children and teenagers, the second bedroom is a twin.
Neighbourhood
Set on the West side of Whitby, Fraser’s at Whitby is just a short 5-minute stroll into the centre of town. Head to Pier Road and you’ll find cosy pubs, fun arcades and plenty of fish restaurants. Continue along the lively road until you reach the beautiful, blue flag West Cliff Beach which is lined with idyllic beach huts. At the other end of Pier Road, you’ll notice the swing bridge which sits over the River Esk.
Over the bridge, you’ll find yourself on the East bank which is full of narrow medieval streets dotted with boutiques, pubs and even more fish restaurants. Climb the famous 199 steps up to the Church of Saint Mary. You can also discover the renowned ruined Whitby Abbey, which was the inspiration for Bram Stoker’s gothic novel ‘Dracula’.
Step outside of Whitby and you’ll uncover a haven of woodland and moorland. Whitby forms part of the North York Moors National Park so it’s the perfect place for long walks and so simple to access from the local train station, just minutes away from Frasers
